Essex Richards, P.A. is proud to be a recipient of this year’s “Best Places to Work” award, presented by the Charlotte Business Journal. Each year the award is presented to companies in the Charlotte area whose benefits, practices, and policies are among the best in the area.
This year, 41 companies were awarded this honor in the “small business” category. Essex Richards was awarded the twenty-third spot on the list. Rankings were determined based on employee survey responses, firm benefits in place, community involvement, policies regarding things such as bringing your pet to work, and firm-sponsored activities.
