The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation named Bree to the STANDOUT class of 2017, an honor which recognizes Charlotte’s most active and engaged professionals and philanthropists under the age of 40. Bree graduated cum laude with a certificate of concentration in Family Law from T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. A Charlotte native, she returned to her hometown after law school and accepted a position with the Mecklenburg County Public Defender’s Office. During this time, Bree dedicated her practice to defending the rights of those individuals unable to afford counsel, giving a voice to the often overlooked and ignored.
