On July 1, Essex Richards attorney Heather Culp begins a three-year term chairing the North Carolina Bar Foundation’s Programs Committee, which provides direction for and oversight of the Foundation’s pro-bono and public service programs. She will also serve a three-year term on the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
