Attorney Anne Essaye was recently named Board Chair of the Young Black Leadership Alliance (YBLA). Prior to this role, Anne served on the organization’s board since 2018.
YBLA was formed in 2006 with the mission to identify, educate, and develop young black leaders to have a positive impact in their community and beyond. The organization focuses on helping young people become leaders that are college and career ready.
The YBLA has several programs designed to reach young people in the community and help them succeed through leadership, service, and education.
