Essex Richards partner John Maheras will moderate the March 12 panel discussion, “Urban Retail: A Perspective on Infill Real Estate Development,” at the ICSC’s annual Carolinas Conference and Deal Making.
Panelists include Shelbi Bodner of Paces Properties, Robert Hughes of Hughes Development Corporation, Brian Purcell of Asana Partners, and Frank Scibelli of FS Food Group.
An active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, John has served as the state director for both North and South Carolina. He is a partner at Essex Richards, P.A. where he concentrates his practice on commercial real estate acquisition, development, finance, lease review and joint venture agreements.
