On February 8, 2017, United States Bankruptcy Court Judge J. Craig Whitley entered an order appointing an Interim Trustee to protect and preserve the property of TSI Holdings, LLC, for the benefit of its creditors. The creditors could include investor victims in a possible PONZI scheme, including TSI Holdings, LLC. TSI Holdings was managed by Richard Siskey.
Mr. Siskey also allegedly owned or controlled WSC Holdings, LLC; Southpark Partners, LLC; Siskey Industries, LLC and Sharon Road Properties, LLC. Investors in these companies may also be victims of the alleged PONZI scheme.
