Essex Richards Partner Norris Adams will speak at Mecklenburg County Bar Association’s upcoming continuing legal education seminar entitled, Appellate Advocacy: Winning Your Case through Persuasive Writing.
The seminar will focus on presenting your case in a persuasive manner through effective brief-writing. Norris, along with speakers Judge Albert Diaz and attorney Bonnie Keith Green will provide guidelines and practical suggestions for improving brief-writing skills and will discuss practice tips and rules for both the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
