The purpose of my presentation is to share basic law and procedure on prosecuting and defending claims of unfair and deceptive trade practices. I will conclude with comments on recent court decisions that provide further guidance on this subject. My goal is to provide attendees the tools to handle an unfair and deceptive trade practice claim start to finish.
