Essex Richards, P.A. is pleased to announce its recognition in the 2027 edition of Best Law Firms® – United States, including a national ranking for Litigation – ERISA and Charlotte metropolitan rankings across eight practice areas.
Essex Richards earned a National Tier 2 ranking for Litigation – ERISA, advancing from the National Tier 3 ranking the firm held for ten consecutive years (2017–2026). Throughout that period, Essex Richards was the only plaintiffs’ law firm in the Fourth Circuit (comprising North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia) to receive a national ranking in ERISA litigation.
