Essex Richards is excited to announce that Partner Marc Gustafson has been certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission as a Superior Court Mediator. Marc’s mediation practice will focus on, among other things, general commercial litigation, real estate transactions, and employment matters. Based on his experience resolving frequently contentious non-compete disputes on behalf of both employers and employees, he will be particularly equipped to resolve these types of disputes.
